Our promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@unitedbycolor.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Because custom stickers are made to order, personalised items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our full refund policy for details.
